Alice Glanville was licensed as a real estate salesperson (a Realtor) in 1973 and acquired her broker's licence in 1975. During her lengthy career she has appraised, marketed and sold literally thousands of properties. She holds the professional designation of FRI (Fellow of the Real Estate Institute) which is the highest designation awarded by the Real Estate Institute. Alice has also earned the CRES (Certified Real Estate Specialist) designation, a further distinction of her extensive real estate experience.

As a result of her personal sales success and overall abilities, the Ontario Real Estate Association (OREA) invited Alice in 1987 to teach pre-licensing courses to future realtors. In 1995, OREA presented her with the Education Merit Award. Every year only one realtor in all of Ontario receives this award. Alice feels privileged to have addressed so many realtors, teaching them how to effectively evaluate, market and sell real estate.
